Ethics and Statement of Integrity

As founder of Alcohol Freedom Coaching, my passion is to support and guide those who want to take a break from alcohol in order that they can successfully achieve their goal - whether that break is for a week, a month, a year or longer.

I have no expectations or judgement around what is ‘right’ and our ethos is to simply empower our clients in order that they feel ‘free’ from alcohol - to help them to feel that they are in control of alcohol instead of alcohol controlling their thoughts and actions.

What that freedom looks like will vary from person to person. For one person that may mean a periodic break from alcohol, to another it may be a longer term break, to another it may mean moderation of drinking in relation to prior intake and to another it may mean a permanent alcohol free lifestyle. All are ok.

For those for whom alcohol is now insignificant within their lives, I undertake to use my professional skills and training to help optimise, rejuvenate and reset health, focusing particularly on the areas of the body that may be most susceptible to damage from prior alcohol intake. For those who have given up alcohol, I intend to share my learnings about how to minimise the likelihood of being impacted with health conditions more commonly associated with alcohol intake and to maximise chances of living healthily to 100 or more.

As part of my coaching practice, I commit to ‘walking my talk’ and being free from alcohol in order to the best of my ability be an inspirational, authentic leader and role model. I intend to always remain open minded, compassionate and to continually grow and learn in everything that I do, and to share that knowledge with others who may benefit.

I thank This Naked Mind Institute for helping me to break up with alcohol and transform my life. And in return I intend to hold my hands out to help the next in line get to where I am fortunate to be today - somewhere I genuinely never thought I would be - or ever in a million years thought possible.

Individual experiences vary, and the approaches I share are based on my professional background and personal journey. My coaching complements but does not replace medical advice or treatment. The information provided is for educational purposes only.
